On The Move! is owned and operate by Jim Olson, LCMHC. I have been running summer programs in the Brattleboro, Vt area for the past 10 years. During that time I have worked with a wide variety of youth of many different ages. I am currently the behavioral consultant to a local k-6 elementary school. I have been a coach at both the youth and college level and am a father of 4 children. The sum of these experiences has convinced me that youth need to be actively taught the skills needed to be successful in sports and that these same skills translate outside the playground and into the community. In addition to this I am an avid Ultimate player. I am currently the Masters division regional coordinator for USA Ultimate and have captained and played on numerous national caliber teams. I have won a national and World championship. Previously I coached the UMass men's ultimate team for 4 years and currently consult to the Brattleboro boys high school team.
